Sheena Grummitt

I make hand built vessels which are usually quite large and organic in form. I love the soft lines and curves often found in nature. I attempt to interpret these through my work which is largely inspired by natural forms. I have been experimenting recently with the marriage of different clays coming together to convey different textures also found in natural forms such as pebbles. I make sculptural pots that are both functional and decorative.
