Polarstar Pottery

Polarstar Pottery is a small-scale ceramics studio based in Letchworth Garden City set up by Jenny Jones in 2019 and produces a range of unique, hand-made items with a touch of character.

Jenny primarily works in stoneware clay and takes her inspiration from many sources. She refines ideas through experimentation, and works with a range of traditional pottery techniques to create individual pieces.

Unique effects are achieved through hand-building, altering shapes thrown on the wheel, carving, painting with coloured slip and sgrafitto.
