Undertook a slab building course in 2023 and was instantly hooked.  Since then I have set up my own home studio where I spend many a happy hour.

Enjoying both throwing on the wheel and hand building, producing vessels which are for domestic use and particular satisfaction with decorative pieces that are also tactile.  I love the flow and curve of a piece, cutting in or adding to the basic form, and pushing the clay to see how far I can manipulate it, the possibilities are almost endless.

I am always thinking/planning the next hand building project and enjoy the process as the basic idea evolves into the final piece.
