Anne’s Pots

I started making pots after retiring from a career in education.  I particularly enjoy throwing bowls, jugs and vases, which offer endless challenges for new shapes.  3-D motifs interest me and I also use wax resist as a great way to add simple designs that compliment the pot. As a keen gardener, the  natural shapes of leaves, twisting stems, berries and flowers etc., are a wonderful source of inspiration.
