I have built my own wood fired kiln after the Steve Mills design, and fired it 5 times now. I get flashing on crank clay bodies and interesting results from my own simple shinos.

I have got a bit obsessed with an anglo saxo  storeage jar in the Norwich castle museum, and keep making variations.
