Dawn Isaac Ceramics

I love plants, animals, landscapes, textiles, nature printing and travelling. I use my hobbies as influences when creating ceramics and sculptures.  My larger ceramic sculptures are frost proof and are designed to sit in either the garden or a conservatory and often have the appearance of stone.

I also nature print and create simple decorative wall art using colour.  During Covid I started making bonsai pots for mine and others growing collection of bonsai –  unfortunately bonsai is as additive as clay!

If the clay is coloured then it has been fired several times otherwise I like to live dangerously and fire to stoneware temperatures (1270+ C) in one firing.

Much of my work is sold through annual exhibitions or through galleries or a selection of bonsai events within 2 hrs of my home. Up to date info on my events are normally listed on my own website.

Annual exhibitions include Rutland Open Studios where my work is displayed in a pop up gallery in September, AP events in Cambridge and a small range of other Christmas and spring-summer events.

I am still largely confused by social media but you can see my updates on-
