Statement

Ancient pots and artifacts directly influence Pam's work. She looks at historical ceramics and glass, armour, weapons, Egyptian sarcophagus and samurai costumes.

Predominantly the pots are non-functional, but she also makes a range of porcelain jewellery and has produced clocks, jugs, plates and kitchen tiles for various exhibitions or commissions.

Over the last 20 years her work has been included in many exhibition venues throughout Great Britain, France and Germany and for Saudi Arabia a collection of 'coffee and tea sets'.

She is a Fellow of the Society of Designer Craftsmen SDC, and was on council for many years, a member of Suffolk Crafts Society, a Selected member and past secretary of Anglian Potters, and in the gallery context was a member and on the committee of the Independent Craft Gallery Association, ICGA.
