• My pots are thrown, some changed by cutting and adding rims and handles.
• I use a combination of abstracted and representational images and create depth within the surface of the vessel. I decorate with coloured glazes that I have developed over the years.
• I like to build up the design like a painting; brushing, dipping and using wax resist keeping it as fresh as possible.
• The pots are fired to 1280C in a reduction atrnosphere.
• I produce a variety of tableware items but concentrate mainly on individual pieces. All my work is decorated with unique designs in stoneware and porcelain.
