Brief History of Anglian Potters
The East Anglian Potters Association was founded in 1983 by a group of professional potters to represent all that is best in East Anglian ceramics.
We are a lively and thriving organisation, and welcome all who have an interest in clay.
Exhibitions, potters' days and lectures are organised throughout the year, and offer craftspeople, collectors, enthusiasts, and students the opportunities to meet together for fellowship and support.
Since its creation, the association has grown in membership to over 300. In May 2005, we shortened our name to Anglian Potters and started a process of refreshing our image. Anglian Potters is a forward-looking organisation always trying to offer new benefits to its members - why not join yourself?
