Highlights

In 2006 we built some big new kilns and these take a long time to pack and fire. To allow a little more time for glazing and packing, this year the camp will again extend to five days. Those wanting to come for four days could do their liner glazing at home before arriving on Thursday.

As in 2007 we will be firing large salt and soda kilns, doing a long wood firing plus gas fired reduction, raku, pit firings and maybe more.

There will be the usual clay, wheels and slab roller available. And we hope to show some ceramics related films.

Prices are: potting adults £50, Students and non-potting partners £25. The summer social is open to all, free of charge, simply bring a contribution of food and drink, plus a chair to sit on and a plate and cutlery to eat with.
